No reply on ionic for messages.
I see it is only available for Android which is what I am using but for some reason I do not have the reply option on Fitbit.

Please make sure you followed this procedure to set quick replies with your Ionic. Take into consideration, that in order to receive and respond to messages from your device, your phone must be nearby with Bluetooth turned on and the Fitbit app running in the background.

Hi Silvia
I have checked everything you mentioned and all correct. The android system is 8.1 so it should be working.
This is a replacement Ionic and everything is working except for the reply on my ionic for messages.

In this case, I'd like you to confirm that you're trying to use Quick Replies with Text messages, Twitter, Facebook Messenger or Line.
Also please reply to the following questions:
- Can you confirm that this was working before with your previous Ionic?
- What options do you get when you try to reply to text messages?

Yes trying to use quick reply for messages.
The only options that show are
Mark as read
Delete message
Open
Clear

Please try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the app
- Force quit it
- Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Check if quick replies appear on your watch
