So for over a week now my ionic will not sync with my phone and it says sync unavailable on the app. It also will not send any notifications to my ionic anymore!! I'm so frustrating at this point. I've contacted customer service and they have said they are sending out another update which I got and it hasn't fixed my problem still. Help!!!

We could help but your asking about a phone problem without mentioning the phone,
Is the ionic still connected to your Fitbit account?
Do you sync through more than one device, turn the other device off if it is in the same house.
Is Bluetooth on?
Does the app still have all needed permissions needed in the phone.
Have you restarted both the phone and the ionic?
