No coupon code sent after talking to customer support.

Yesterday I spoke with Erick regards Dead pixels issue on my Fitbit. He supposed to send me a coupon to buy new Fitbit. I am still not received this coupon on my email.

Hi @AlexShamoon 

 

You check the spam folder, just in case it went there? If Fitbit says they are emailing you, they will. If you don't receive it, then get back with support with the case number provided.
