It seems that since I added a pair of Bluetooth headphones I can no longer receive any notifications on my Ionic. Is there a known issue with this and is there a workaround?

Welcome to the Forums @Shmoo!
Thanks for sharing your inquiry. As a first step I recommend performing the restart then please attempt setting up your notifications again. If you're still having trouble I recommend checking the How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?article.
Hope it helps!

Wow, you had it working before the headphones???
What device do you use?
I've never had them working. Maybe I should add BT headphones. Might get my notifications working. Lol

If you reset the watch (and disconnect it from the phone app, and then connect again) the notifications will start working, but once you connect your headphones again it will stop working....I hope Fitbit can fix this error as soon as possible. Getting frustrated of having to reset the watch and its connection to the phone app (and every time having to reinnstall my personal preferences) after each training session!

Not sure what phone you’re using but it sounds bizarre. Notifications and headphone connection use different Bluetooth protocols and should not affect each other.
