Notifications have almost never worked, and they still don't after the OS2 update.  I've had my Ionic for a few months now, and notifications have only worked for about a week in total.  How many different services and special accommodations need to be added to the system in order to get notifications to (not) work?  So this device is really just a glorified HR monitor still.
