Hi both my wife and I purchased ionic watches for the Christmas. She has a Samsung and gets all notifications. I have an iPhone 7 and get no notifications. The settings have been turned on. 

Can anyone assist.

Let me help you with your Ionic. As a first step I recommend performing the restart. If the issue persists I recommend following the steps listed on the Notifications not working article.
