Since support is taking their time (1 week for first respond, then on 4th day now) I tought I should ask if anyone have experienced this? The screen's got no picture and won't sync. I can't add it anew in the app since I don't see the code on the screen. If I hard reset it, this comes up, or else it's just the light on the side that I see.
Apperantly it lacks an update (probably since I did a factory reset after the battery started loosing it's charge), but I really don't have high hopes that an update would change this.
And for just my luck, the store I bought it in no longer excists...
