Waiting on refund since 10th July which they told me I’d have in 6 weeks but never got? Contacted recall centre a few times all they say is they apologise for me not getting my refund yet and tells me to wait on email from Fitbit in about 6 hrs from the call but same thing no email from them and just going around in circles by ringing and waiting?
