I received my Fitbit Ionic as a Christmas gift on December 2018, I have only been using it for 4 months. I like it a lot, but my problems started first with the Clock Face, suddenly it turned off and did not turn it on. By changing to the one that comes from the factory everything was fixed. Now the screen does not work. The Fitbit keeps registering, but I have to see it through the application. I can not choose the exercises I want to register, it just register them miraculously. I know its working because I can see through the app my steps, sleep and bpm. But through the clock I can't see anything.
What should I do?

Thanks!
Yes, I did it several times but with no luck. I can't see nothing displayed on screen but I do feel its vibration.

Probably bricked like so, so ,so many others of us. There is a serious design and/or manufacturing flaw with the Ionic that Fitbit will not acknowledge. Hopefully yours is still within warranty and you can get it replaced, however, since the corporate suits at Fitbit have not even acknowledged there is an issue, don't expect it to last long.
