Was receiving text message( both text and imessage). Now only receiving some messages ( hit and miss) . Why is that.

@Chapmantribe Welcome to the Fitbit forums! That is strange. It is possible that the iMessages notifications were disabled for some reason. Let's double check:

 

  • Open the Fitbit App.
  • Tap the watch's tile (the picture of your Ionic on the top left corner of the app).
  • Swipe down and tap "Notifications".
  • Tap "App Notifications".
  • Check if the iMessages one is on. 
  • If you make any changes make sure to sync your Ionic afterwards. 

That should help you out with this situation.
