Not Synching

My Fitbit watch has stopped synching with my phone. Have tried turning phone off and on also going in to my fit bit app to check synch options. Have it on all day synch but it can’t find tracker. Is this a common fault . Tracker watch is only 18 months old

I'm afraid syncing problems do happen from time to time, often for no apparent reason.

 

As well as restarting the phone the following can help:

All good now, it’s to do with an upgrade on my iPhone that caused the problem. Found a step by step remedy through Fitbit forum
