I cannot find my WiFi network. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps. I’ve reset both my Fitbit and phone multiple times. I can’t get it to work. Any luck?

Awesome troubleshooting
If not already done, feel free turning off the router & turn on again. Sometimes when a router is turned on a longer time, it can cause some bugs, like here sometimes websites not wanting to load.. or internet becoming slow..

I have the same problem. My Ionic can't find any wi-fi networks. Fitbit is going to send me a replacement device. Fortunately, my device is still under warranty.

I have the same problem where my Ionic / Fitbit app will not find any wifi networks. Tried all the trouble shooting including calling Fitbit Support. My router is sending a signal because my iPad, Android phone, and desktop all show them in a list. After two days and several hours of trying to get this thing going, I am nearly ready to take it back and go with another product. My last four Fitbit products were perfect. This one has proven to be a disaster. If someone has a solution please let me know.
