Hi folks,

 

Recently, my Ionic got stuck on dim brightness setting and manual screen wake.

When I go to the menu, the brightness, wake and DND settings are greyed out and I cannot adjust them.

Is this a software bug? Restart did not fix it.

Swipe left to Settings and scroll down to Sleep Mode and make sure it is Off.
