Sometime within the last week my Ionic has stopped tracking my activity for the month, it is only tracking for 10 days. The app is currently up to date and I have restarted my watch. I have seen that others have had similar issues but that it was resolved. Please help to fix. I have tried to upload photos of my view but am unable to do so.

Seems odd that your Ionic is only tracking for 10 days because it's designed to track your daily activity during every single day you use it. Let me appreciate your time and effort troubleshooting this situation prior posting too. I'd like to gather more information to better assist you, that said, can you please let me know when was the first time you experience this situation and how many times? Also, your device is tracking information for exactly 10 days or more? Since your Fitbit app is up to date, can you please let me know if the firmware version of your device is updated too?

My Ionic is tracking for exactly 10 days worth of activity. I have switched between the 1 week and the one month view but this does not change anything. The second to last picture is my activity last week but it doesn’t show up on the monthly tracker.
It’s not consistently tracking.

Have you looked into this? My tracker is still only tracking for 10 days and anything else does not show. I would appreciate a response.

Hello again @TDill06 thanks for your reply and the screenshots that were provided, my apologies for the delay in responding.
Can you please let me know if this situation is occurring with your Ionic device as itself tracking information (meaning that you're able to see every day your daily progress) or if this is for the information that is shown on the app? I'd like to better understand if your difficulties are with the device or data that is shown on the app to provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps.

The issues appear in the app. Again, I never had any issue with the app being accurate and tracking for a full month until day or two before sending the original message.
