Ionic Display Problems-No numbers/letters

For the last week or so my display does not show numbers or letters. All the icons show. Anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fix it? If not, then Fitbit, how do I fix it?

Try a different clock face.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

11 restarts and nada. What I really want to do is turn it completely off then back on, but without the letters I can't find the correct spot in the Settings list. Oh, well, I'll give them a call Monday and see it they can give me any ideas. Thanks for all your help!😎
