I'm getting a little frustrated as I'm paying for my Pandora Plus membership and paid 300 for my fitbit ionic for the functionality of using my bluetooth headphones with my watch and the product is not working. I am open to any suggestions, but my patience is wearing thin.
I've done the following through FitBit's Chat Support - you can reference the details through the case reference number: 24104813
- Restarted Ionic
- Updated to the Ionic latest software release
- Updated iPhone to latest iOS software release on iphone 6
- Confirmed Pandora Plus subscription
- Logged out of Fitbit and Pandora App and restarted my phone
- Hard restarted my ionic (factory reset) and went through the download/install setup
- Logged onto my fitbit account on my wife's phone and still had the same issue
I'm open to any ideas and if they aren't resolved I'll likely return my ionic.Photo 4 - Continue to see the spinning wheel of death

Have you linked your account in settings from the Pandora app on your mobile device from the app menu?

Great suggestion - that's just the problem. I can't open the Pandora app in the fitbit app to link the account. Every time I open the app I just get the spinning wheel of death.

I'm currently working through Pandora to see if I can get this resolved. If I do I'll keep you posted. Glad I'm not just going crazy over here... haha!
