My Ionic shows that it is charging on 0% and doesn’t change even when I leave it charging for a few hours. Cleaned the watch and charger is original. Still not working. So is it a problem with my battery or the wire?

Mine wasn't showing anything at all after charging for 2 days until I pressed all 3 buttons at the same time while charging then it came back to life. This was from a tip from Joe.
