Not counting steps/measuring heart rate

Hi, 

 

My ionic has stopped counting steps and measuring heart rate. I've followed the below fixes on listed on this forum but nothing seems to have worked. 

 

  • Update to the latest firmware
  • Restart 3 times 
  • Change clock face (changed to 5 different fitbit and non fitbit faces)
  • Factory reset
  • restarted 5 consecutive times after the setup was completed but still nothing was showing. 

Green light was working fine. Used my card on the watch fine before the factory reset now i'm not able to add it back through the app. 

 

Seems to be measuring calorie usage...though i'm not sure where the data is coming from! 

 

Any ideas?
