Not counting steps while in motion

Hi,

 

My ionic is not counting steps consistently. During and after walks, my Fitbit does not count those steps. Any help?

Without a little more information about what you consider “inconsistent” it’s a bit difficult to help. However, have you tried a restart? (Press and hold bottom right and left buttons together for approx 10 secs, until screen blanks).
