Not displaying steps on app after OS upgrade

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Every time I upgrade the OS (I’ve had fitbits for almost seven years) I have some issue or another. So today i upgraded.  I fixed a couple of issues, but now, on the app on my iPhone the display has switched to calories instead of steps. Frankly I’m not interested in the calories. I want the steps.

its interesting because the display on my iPad is fine. It’s my iPhone that is messed up and i can’t figure it out.

I most certainly can help you with this. First, long hold on the largest icon(Calories). Next, wait until the icons have an "x" on the top right corner. Lastly, drag the icon of your choice, i.e. steps to the calories icon, then it will switch the largest icon.I've included some photos below.Long hold on the center icon...Long hold on the center icon...

Drag the icon of your choice to the center to replace the already existing icon.Drag the icon of your choice to the center to replace the already existing icon.

Tada! All done.Tada! All done.

If you need to add an icon, long holding on the center icon should show you the hidden icons.
