Not functioning since update

Ionic not functioning since update. Not tracking steps or BPM. Also sensor calibration fails. Tried resetting to factory defaults and restoring, but same issues. Since reset, keeps showing update is available and seems to complete normally but app keeps saying update is available. Appears latest OS update has rendered Ionic useless. Fitbit’s way to force us to by new watch or switch to apple?! Hmmm? Seeing many posts of ionics not functioning properly lately.

Hi @TT513,

 

You need to contact Support right away, as you are correct: your device isn't functioning properly.  They will be able to give you more specifics about what may be going on.  Ask them to help you administer a Battery Test just in case.
