Ionic appears to be recording exercise, but is not updating on daily stats and appears to have stopped syncing. It all appears as though it is working, I have not knowingly changed any settings. E.g. I have exercised every day this week, fitbit has recognised this but has not updated since Tuesday stating 2/5 days completed. Can anyone help?
Thanks for that, but not syncing appears to be secondary issue, and I have checked this article. The "weekly exercise" section on the "today" option is not updating. I think the root cause of issue is there.
Okay, well we see it differently. My guess is that not syncing is the root problem. I don't expect that the tracker is storing info to determine how many days of exercise, but rather is downloading that from the Fitbit database.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
