Not receiving notifications on Ionic

Since updating my phone my ionic won't receive notifications any more. I have restarted my phone a number of time and in the notifications bit of the fitbit app it still says system restart required.

Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Morning, 

This first happened about 3 weeks ago now. I'm using a Huawei p20 pro. I've tried all the steps I've even uninstall the app and reinstalled it. I have still had no luck.

 ive tried all the trouble shooting and this is the screen keeps coming on.
