ive had 3 fitbits - all failed - my latest Ionic lasted one year and stopped charging so i can't use it. 

my weighing scales give inaccurate readings. body fat percentage is different every time i step on it with no logical trend. even within seconds it reads differently.

this company is an absolute joke. I will never buy another fitbit product again

I have the same problems. The first Ionic lasted 13 months. Received a second Ionic under warranty, this ionic lasted 17 months. They now offer a 25% discount on a new fitbit. You understand I'm not going to do that
