Not receiving notifications

Just got a new Samsung s10+. I had received notifications for one day, then they stopped. I have restarted my phone a ionic. I've turned them both off. Checked for updates. I have deleted and readded the ionic multiple times. I'm am lost. Is anyone having an issue. My next step will try and replace it

I have the same problem.  Notifications worked fine since purchase at Christmas.  Stopped working altogether this week.  Have tried any and all remedies as posted with zero resolution.  Very Frustrating. Please advise.

I have an android phone. Notifications worked for the first year but has now stopped. I have tried all the tips on the website....... Still not working. The next step i suppose is to send it back for repairs....

I have the exact same problem. I have spent hours with customer service and getting nowhere. I got notifications for 13 months and now it doesn't work anymore. It is really frustrating.
