Problems after factory reset

After factory reset all i get is the logo flashing intermittently. It has been doing this for hours now

Have you tried going through the setup process since the reset? Go into the account section of the app (the icon looks like an ID card) and select "set up a device".

Hi

Thanks for that. Yes I have I have tried everything restarting my mobile restarting Bluetooth. The message is no device found. I must have done this over 20 times.

Still all I get is the logo flashing intermittently. I have also tried the factory reset a few times no with the same result.

I love my fitbit. And I'm list without it. 

This one was replaced by Argos uk last April (2018) after a similar problem.
