I have just upgraded from the Surge to the Ionic and have found that the vibration on notification is very poor, I set it to strong but I can't feel it. If I do a test call it is fine, the vibration can be felt, but regular notifications I can't feel. I have reset the ionic, it is using the most up-to-date firmware. I will have to pop it back in its box and return to the surge as the silent vibration is key for me.
