Hi I am not able to receive phone call notifications?

 

Is anybody experiencing the same problem?

Did you check yre Ionic is connected to the Phone?

 

Start Fitbit app to see Ionic is connected!

Yes I haven't received any  notifications at all!

And it's turned on!

Same for me

I get everything else, except calls

And in the app, the call notification is checked

I wasn't receiving. Calls until I opened fitbit on mobile phone tapped on the ionic top right. Scrolled down to notifications and followed the on screen. You have to agree with all allowing questions . Hey presto job done.

I'm experiencing this same issue.  Seemed to start right after the update in December.  I get notifications for SMS and other apps but phone call notifications don't come through. Also the test notification no longer works. I've rebooted both phone and watch, uninstalled and reinstalled but the issue persists.

All i have to say is... After 30 mails of support they can't find the solution

After 4 months, the watch can't work correctly...

I begin to think about saving money to get a real smartwatch

Notifications is not a nice feature for me... It is something i need. The notifications on this watch don't work correctly and if they don't fix it, they can wait me to buy an other fitbit product.
