Not receiving texts

I have had my ionic for just over a year. Everything has been fine until the last few weeks. First I could get it to receive texts if I would unpair with bluetooth or few other things, now nothing I've tried hard worked and that includes a factory reset. I get other notifications, like Instagram. Please help, I would prefer not to have to buy something new.

Hi @KyPat it would be helpful if we knew what phone OS you are running.  As @SunsetRunner said there is a large banner about known issues with iOS

I have a Galaxy 10+, it was working fine up to a few days ago. I've received a few sporatic texts on it today.
