Not showing active minutes

Done about 45 active minutes and have now disappeared. Have tried turning phone and ionic off and synced and not showing my active minutes

I'd like to begin appreciating your patience troubleshooting this matter prior posting. For me to better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not seeing the active minutes that were synchronized in your account or the active minutes on your Ionic device? Hello

I had to do a factory reset. Now my active minutes are working but am not getting my notifications it’s not vibrating 🙈🙈

Welcome back @Maryk2301 thanks for your reply and update.

 

I'm happy to know that your active minutes difficulties were resolved after doing a factory reset on your Ionic. In regards the notifications concern, can you please let me know if your device only doesn't vibrate when receiving notifications but it does when you charge it? Different than the factory reset that was already done, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit to refresh its performance.

Hiya thanks so much for your reply.

I’ve shutdown Fitbit ionic and the mobile app. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Turned off notifications and then back on still no joy 🙈🙈🙈.

I get it when I’ve hit targets but for notifications still nothing.
