I have not used my Fitbit for 2 months as a result of misplacing it during a move. After having it returned to me I have had the following issues:
• Not tracking steps accurately- I can walk several miles and have my tracker count it as under 100 steps.
• No heart rate monitoring at all
• Sleep is being tracked as 1 hour slept every night and gives the same time frame every day
• active minutes not counted at all
• floors climbed not counted at all
• keep getting message that calibration is needed- then after plugging into charger and ensuring sensor is not blocked getting “calibration failed”
Here is the troubleshooting I have tried:
• restarting fit bit
• logging off from app, disconnecting Bluetooth, turning phone off for 2 mins, turn back on, reconnect Bluetooth, restart Fitbit, log in to app
• called support- did FULL factory reset, still nothing.
• did all the firmware updates and app updates
• update clock face
I received this Fitbit a year ago for Christmas and it has worked flawlessly until this past week. I do not wear it to swim or get it wet besides the occasional splash while washing hands. PLEASE HELP.
