My Ionic is not showing stats on watch but apparently syncing with Iphone app and pc dashboard.  Did a restart and a shut down to no avail.  Then tried to update to newest version and phone app says "You have no signal" when I press update Tracker.  I'm connect with bluetooth and wi-fi is on phone.  Watch setting say Settings -> About ->IP Address Wi-Fi off.

WiFi only gets turned on while the ionic is charging. 

By new version, is this an update to the ionic or the Fitbit app,
