Over the past day I have realized my ionic isn't tracking my steps, heart rate, calories, nothing. Which then made me realize it's also been charging way slower than normal.
I tried restarting, installing the new update, and even changed my clock face thinking maybe my old one wasn't compatible with the new update. My sensors recalibrated and still no luck. The main reason I have always had a fit bit is for the pretty accurate heart rate monitor being that I have tachycardia. I'm able to keep track of my high heart rates for no reason. Please help!!

I’ve simply been told by support that it’s down to “one of those things” and they can’t put a reason as to why this happens!
The long and short of it is as follows...
1. You need to contact support and hope you’re under warranty. If you’re under warranty, you stand some chance of getting a device replacement. The support simply tell you to factory rest the device and hope for the best. If that fails, you might get sent a replacement.
2. If you’re out of warranty, you’re going to get a discount at best. A discount on another device that will fail in time, and then repeat the circle of Fitbit life...
Good luck but I think you’re in the same out of warranty boat as me and screwed.
