I am on my second Ionic in two years due to factory issues. This time my Ionic is not picking up step nor exercise anymoreI have to manually input my exercise done now. It will show the time active right after I complete my workout but after it syncs again it completely wipes out all of the active time and steps done. What could be causing this to happen?

Hey @Nieceye, how are you doing? Hope you're enjoying the Fitbit Forums.

Thanks for reporting the issues with your replacement and for manually logging your missing exercises. I'm not sure why this is happening, but I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit and give it a try after doing so. We're very interested in bringing you back on track.

Please keep me posted on the resolution.

I did restart my device after I posted my issue. At the moment it is working fine, however, yesterday was a rest day so hopefully I won’t have the issue again once I resume my workouts.
