Not updating steps and BPM

Can anyone help? My ionic isn’t updating any info. I’ve tried resetting and shutting down without success

@DaveW11 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

I would like you to confirm that you restarted it following the tips mentioned in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? If you have but it's still not working, please perform a factory reset
