At first my Ionic device wasn't syncing or able to be detected on the app, just updated to the new firmware, so unpaired it. Phone didn't pair with Ionic when attempted, so restarted the phone. Now phone isn't able to find my Ionic. Do you need to add my Note 8 to the list of recognized phones? 😤

I'm not sure @Aqagrl have you checked the status of your phone?
Have you removed the ionic from your phones Bluetooth.
Restarted both the phone and the ionic. It might be better to shut both off the turn on.
Have you cleared the Fitbit apps cache?
As for removing a non syncing device from a Fitbit account, doing so will only add more problems.
Has your phone been updated and the fit it app been updated? Maybe remove the Fitbit app and install fresh.

I ended up logging out of FitBit app, turning the watch off and back on, and same for phone, and the phone did all the rest. It actually synced when I restarted the phone the first time, but it was not on the list of bluetooth devices.
Thanks to your help!!
