Notification system not running

I upgraded to the new Huawei P30 and ever since it gives me the message notification system not running. I have literally tried EVERYTHING. NOTHING works. I even reset to factory settings still nothing.

 

HELP?????

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the factory reset done. I was checking the list of supported devices and I couldn't find Huawei P30 listed, this is the reason why notifications aren't working. Rest assure that our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list. 

 

Please confirm you've tried this procedure for notifications not working.

At the moment, I don't have information about when this will be a supported device. However, I can confirm that our team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list.

 I have the same problem with my Versa 2  since I change my phone with Huawei P30,  6 months ago. Previously I had  Huawei P9, and notification works just fine.  But now I have to make,, clear data,, on the Fitbit app, every second day. Notifications are running for just 1 or 2 days, and the problem is not solved, so I am tired of trying everything. Everything is set up on my notifications settings to allow notification, but again nothing.  The phone and watch update also.  Please give me some advice to fix this annoying problem. It is not acceptable to tell the clients that the device is not on your list.  In a competitive society, it is not the right answer. This phone is already on a market for more than a year. You are responsible to give support to your loyal customers.  I am seriously disappointed because of this issue.
