My ionic notifications are turned on in my app and they are turned on on my watch but I get no notifications. Any tips?

A bluetooth garble @Culp1, Best way to bring them back is to go to bluetooth under preferences or settings on your mobile, switch it off, wait a minute or two then switch back on. For stubborn ios's you may need to "forget" (or delete) the tracker from the blutooth list and allow your mobile to rediscover it. For "super jam ups" turn your phone completely off (hold the side button until the slider pops up to turn off) and then hold the button to turn back on.
Hope this gets you back in the know 🙂

A warm welcome to the Community @Culp1! Thanks for mentioning that your notifications are turn on in both devices. I would like you to confirm that you've tried this procedure to get your notifications working on your Ionic and mobile device that you're using.
If you've tried the above but your notifications are still not working. Please try these steps: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
Thanks for the great advice @wmchapman!
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The other suggestions didn’t work, so I ended up “forgetting” the ionic and then reinstalling it.
That process worked.
Thanks for checking.

Thanks for getting back @Culp1! I'm glad to hear that after forgetting the Ionic and reinstall it, it started working properly.
