Notifications don't stay

Previously, I had a Blaze.  Unfortunately, after 18 months the battery would not keep a charge any longer.  I've upgraded to an Ionic.

With the Blaze, I would receive a notification, or several, and when I was ready I could "scroll up" on the main screen and read them. At the bottom, I could clear them.

I noticed I received notifications on my Ionic, however when I went to read them with a "scroll down", it tells me "Nothing new here.".  Strange.

I had someone send me a text message and I watched it pop up on my screen for a moment.  Then after, I went into the notifications area and it wasn't there.  It seems after it's received, it's cleared.

If I don't read it when it comes in, I can't read it on the Ionic. This seems wrong.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Yes that isnt right. Mine stay until I dismiss them. Have you tried restarting your Ionic several times? Let us know if that helps.

I'm up to 4 reboots.  After the third reboot, I sent a test and it stayed on the screen.  I pulled down and saw the notification.  I cleared it.  Then, every subsequent notification exhibited the same original problem.  I get a quick vibrate of the incoming notification.  It pops down, goes back up and there is no history at that point.

If I don't respond or dismiss, I find the notifications do stay on the ionic.

That's not my problem.   It's as if my notifications are self-clearing.

@jgauthier are you acknowledging the notification on your phone? If so, that will clear it on the Ionic as well. (At least, that is my current experience)

No, as I've stated it shows up on the watch for a brief second, then it's gone.  It's not in the history.

No phone interaction takes place.
