A warm welcome to the Community @MikeM17. I would like you to provide me with more details about what you're experiencing.
- Are your notifications not updating in your app or in your Ionic?
- Are you receiving notifications?
- Which notifications aren't updating?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot?
Thanks for your input @SunsetRunner.
Keep me posted.

Thanks for the screenshot that you shared @MikeM17. It's pretty weird that your notifications aren't updating in the app, please try logging out and force quitting it. (Just make sure that you know your email address and password)
Regarding your watch's notifications, can you confirm if you're not receiving call and text notifications or only Fitbit app notifications? If you're not receiving any of type of notifications, then try the steps mentioned on this article.
Catch you later!

Ironically I am having the same issue on my notification tab of my Fitbit app. I tried your suggestion of logging out and quit the app. Same old notification. And looks very similar to @MikeM17 , which stopped working about June 17, 2018.

I am also having same issues. Notifications would disappear until after I logged out but still no notifications since June.
