Notifications will not vibrate

The notification vibrations just quit working on my Ionic about 5 days ago.  I have tried numerous soft resets, syncs, notification vibration disable/enable setting changes and notifications will not vibrate.  I receive the notifications on the screen, but never notice them since there is no vibration.  My settings are currently set to strong vibrations and always vibrate.  Alarms and other vibrations (like power reset) do work.  Just not notifications.

Check the quick settings, swipe down on display, is DND disabled?
