Just wondered if others are having to soft reset periodically in order to resolve syncing issues? I’ve had to do this twice in a month since purchase.

I have this issue too, and I have to restart my ionic at least once a week... I don’t like that it’s only a month old and I’m having this issue

I occasionally do, usually it's once every 1-2 weeks.

What is it you are attempting to sync to? I was having serious trouble syncing to my windows 10 app on the pc. I had no issues syncing to my iPhone6. It turned out that it would fail to connect to my pc whenever my iPhone was nearby, turning off the Bluetooth on my phone when I wanted to sync to pc fixed the issue and vice versa. Only have the intended device active near the tracker when you attempt to sync.
