Hi,
I don't want Google Hangout notifications on my Fitbit Ionic. In the Fitbit app I'm able to turn it off. But then after some time it automatically turns on again. This is very annoying. Why can't the app / watch remember my notification settings?

Hi,
The problem is now fixed before I was able to create a video of this. From the Fitbit support I got the recommendation to remove the fitbit app and install it again.
After doing this I have now several times restarted my phone without the hangout and messenger notifications turn on again. So this seems to have fixed my problem.
Thanks for all you help so far.

A warm welcome to the Community @jogeir! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. I would like to get more details about the issue you're experiencing as it's pretty weird that it turns on automatically.
- When does it started happening?
- What version of the app are you using?
- What Android app version are you running?
- Have you tried restarting the watch?
- Does a restart of your phone cause it to reset it?
Keep me posted!

I have tested this problem now for a few weeks. I just discovered that it also happens with Facebook Messenger and not only Google Hangouts.
- It happens every time I disable the notifications since I received the watch ( Christmat 2017)
- Android app version is 2.65.1 (up to date)
- Restarting the watch has has no effect
- Just discovered now that restarting the phone enables the notifications again. So this is probably an app problem
Thanks
