Swam ocean 3 x last week. Yesterday logged swim... went to sync ionic shut down unable to restart

Hi, @Katama, please clean your battery contacts (instructions here) and then give your Ionic at least two hours charge in the usual way. After that try restarting it at least 3 times more.
If it is still unresponsive, please get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. They will look after you
