I don't know what directions you followed but the usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

The issue is: my Fitbit does not sync to the One Drop app. One Drop is a diabetes application and it does link.

My apologies, my response was for generic syncing issues rather than syncing with a specific app.
I can't find any posts from others that have linked to One Drop and it doesn't show on fitbit's list of supported apps at http://www.fitbit.com/apps Are you sure it should sync with fitbit? Have you tried contacting the One Drop support people as they will be the ones responsible for the link?
