When will Fitbit look to update the swimming exercise tracker so you can record open water swimming?

The best place to make your voice heard is our Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our team and the status changes based in Fitbit's plans. I found the idea that you mentioned here: Open water swimming for Ionic/Versa, its status is "not currently planned" you can learn more about the official reply from Fitbit by checking it.
