I have a new Ionic, about 3 weeks old, and I was really loving the oxygen saturation graph but for some reason it has disappeared from my sleep assessment screen. I recently update the app but cannot be sure it disappeared at the same time. Any suggestions?
Moderator edit: Updated subject for clarity
Never had this function on mine, I'm sure ive read that they were trialing it on a number of devices and were due to roll it out to everyone at the end of this month so you may get it back then if this is correct
Yay for you and me! I was hoping the update I got last nite ‘fixing bugs’ might have included the O2 sat for everyone .. anyone? Hubby who also has Versa 2 but no O2 sat, didn’t get update email yet so can’t tell,
Best AnswerAre those of you that are able to see the Oxygen saturation graph using the "Fitbit Premiere" service?
Best AnswerIt has come back on mine, but I still have the issue of it "disappearing" randomly during the day. If I force quit the app and reopen it, I do see it again. I had the same problem before it totally disappeared for us.
Best AnswerThis is really annoying, I don’t recall paying any less for my Fitbit but I’ve never had this feature while others have.
Best AnswerIt hasn't been rolled out to everyone yet - they're still in the testing phase. And there are still issues with it which may be why not everyone has it. It's just like the software updates where they release it in phases.

On the Versa Forum they have told that everyone will have it by the end of this month....
Best AnswerHi Don2nice, All,
I must say my Ionic has been really good lately (2 months) and has not dropped the oxy graph at all...touch wood. I know that doesn't help you, but worth knowing non the less.
