Yesterday afternoon, my Ionic battery went to 0% and I plugged it in to charge overnight while I slept. I generally charge it up every 3 or 4 days. Whole up this morning and nothing! No charge, wont turn on. Moved it to the wall plug in charger an after an hour, nothing. Dead! Already completed the cleaning steps, etc. What now Fitbit? Seems after a year or so with each device I buy, I have to return them to you. I'm not hard on them and I take care of them. Not really happy right now.
