Up to today I had to put my pay pin only if I had removed my ionic . After updating software today I have to enter pin every time I pay
This totally defeats the object as it is much easier to pay with my card (no pin required under £30) .please will you consider putting this back as it was . I am told it is for security ? This does not make sense .

@Kenwoof Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.
You must enter your PIN code at least once a day. Your Fitbit device prompts you to enter your PIN code based on your device lock setting:
I would like you to restart your Ionic and set the PIN again. This feature hasn't changed and it will ask for your PIN the first time you make a payment. Learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
