Pairing Ionic with multiple devices

Is it a problem to pair with multiple devices, for example I have it paired with my iPhone but my Surface will ask in the fitbit app to pair with my ionic … will this create problems ?

@gibbyhomeMaybe... I had to unpair from iPad and Windows 10 because I was having difficulty syncing. As advised by Support..  If the surface has a USB port and you have a Fitbit dongle I would try that if the pairing causes a problem..
